Natasha is a qualified Pilates instructor, sports massage therapist and sound therapy practitioner.
Natasha is also a qualified mental health first aider and can help your organisation recognise signs of anxiety, stress and early signs of mental ill- health in your team.
Wellness sessions are available both in the work place, at a place of your choosing or at one of our designated retreat locations.
