Using sound to connect mind & body

I use sound to help you connect to yourself so that you can dive into and explore your inner landscape. You could describe my sound journeys as a form of meditation.

I create sounds immersions that will take you through a multi sensory experience and bring you into a deep state of rest.

In this state you are more able to come out of ‘flight or flight’ and let go of anxiety & stress to reach deeper levels of inner wisdom and healing.

My sound journeys are created using instruments such as, drums, chimes, singing bowls, bells, gongs, rattles and other percussion instruments to create a unique sound experience I call Sound Medicine.
